Plasterer - STEVENAGE
Under the instruction of the building supervisor or authorised officer this post holder will carry out plastering and artexing operations to property managed by Stevenage Homes Ltd. within preset time limits and to a good standard of workmanship.
Candidate Profile:
* Understanding of all relevant Health & Safety legislation
* An understanding of all aspects of repairs and maintenance
* The ability to use tools and equipment required in general maintenance and repairs
* Proven track record of carrying out plastering and artexing operations in previous employment
* City & Guilds or NVQ 2 in Plastering/Artexing or equivalent relevant knowledge and skills.
