Head chef
We are looking for a Head Chef who not only has a passion and flair for cooking, but also the ability to control all the financial areas of the kitchen.
Experience and excellent communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate should have experience of working with a Mediterranean/Modern European menu.
The candidate will have the opportunity to create dishes alongside the Executive Chef for the A la Carte menu and will be in charge of the restaurants weekly specials.
The candidate will be capable of managing a kitchen team of 10-15.
