Sous chef
We are looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with a good command of the French language who has worked in an upmarket French/Parisienne brasserie, for at least 2 years in a similar position whith a minimum of 2 AA Rosette cooking standard.
The ideal candidate should be passionate, flexible, highly organised with steady working background and able to supervise a team of up to 15 chefs within a high profile, high turnover restaurant.
