The Kitchen consists of a team of chefs working in a fast paced and quality driven environment, in which quality and consistency are most important. As a Sous Chef in the Production Kitchen you would be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen. Leading a team of chefs de partie and commis chefs, stock taking and ordering for your section, enforcing high standards of hygiene and ensuring daily production levels are met. The ideal person for this role will have a background in hotel, restaurant or production catering and the appropriate catering qualifications. You will be organised, able to work to deadlines and able to mange and motivate a team.
