We're looking for a replacement for our 22 year old, friendly, fun loving and constantly amusing housemate Aimee.
Must be easy going and preference will be given to applicants who enjoy a good pub quiz and have a strong track record of getting into awkward and complicated, but extemely funny, situations - possibly whilst drunk.
The room is a good sized double in 4 bed, 2 bathroom house sharing with 1 female, 2 male mid twenties professionals. House is lovely - great gardens with bbq, patio, lawn, swing + slide and large living room with plasma TV, wireless bband and phone, kitchen with washer/dryer + dishwasher. Free parking outside, 15 mins walk along river to Richmond, bus from outside our door to St Margarets and Richmond stations, very close to great local pubs on the river.
All bills included in GBP500 per month.
