Hi,
I'm sadly moving out of my room at a lovely 3 storey victorian house in Archway, Islington.
The house is over 3 storeys with big living area, 2 dining areas plus a brand new kitchen. There are two big bathrooms, one with a victorian bath! We also have a big garden, perfect for the Summer months.
The room is big, with a king size bed, wardrobes and original wooden flooring.
You'll be sharing with 3 other easy going, young male professionals (media, teaching and police) and we're looking for another male to join the house after I leave. The house has full wireless internet access, Sky TV plus a PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii with loads of games to play!
Rent is GBP630 per calendar month, not including bills (usually around GBP100 a month) and is available from June 18th. The contract is up for renewal at the end of July so if you intend to stay on you can just sign up for another year. I've had a really good 9 months here but I have to move due to my job.
