The Red Lion is a lovely food led pub located in the affluent area of Barnes (near Putney). The nearest stations are Hammersmith tube on the District and Piccadilly lines, and Barnes overland.
We now have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and strong assistant manager to come and join the team. The position is available with an immediate start possible.
The role would ideally suit someone with experience of leading a team whilst managing the day-to-day operation of a similar environment. There is the potential for the position to develop into a Deputy Management role, and would therefore suit someone who is looking to move up the career ladder.
You must have excellent attention to detail, enjoy interacting with customers and have great communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the team.
A friendly and flexible personality is definitely the key, with the desire to progress with your career and own personal development.
You will work an approximate 50-hour week, covering various shifts including evenings and weekends.
We offer a competitive salary at GBP17k, and live in accommodation is available.
Training and career development opportunities are provided with support of brewery courses.
