My client has some very successful high quality gastro pub's which have an eclectic mix that share the same passion for food and service, the pubs are very much food driven with strong emphasis on fresh locally produced ingredients.
They are looking for a Deputy Manager to join this exciting company, a born leader would be perfect to push the business forward and assist the General Manager.
Other responsibilities include structuring of the kitchens, recruitment of staff and implementing procedures and standards ..
The ideal candidate will have to have an hands on approach to work, able to think on their feet and mad decision fast.
