Experienced customer service advisor

My name is Anthony, I am 28 years old from Spain, and I am looking for a job as a customer service to start as soon as possible.
In the past 3 years I have been working as a customer service, and I do have relevant experience in this field.
My first job was in a mobile insurance company where I was dealing with incoming and upcoming calls, dealing with claims of stolen and broken phones. Sending emails to customers, and dealing with complains and refunds.
I am currently working in an online booking travel agency as a Spanish and English customer service advisor. My duties in this job is answer emails for any enquiries that customers could have prior he made a booking; dealing also with general enquires, complains and refunds.
Also one of my duties in this job is call properties in order to find train them in how to use our back office. And speak with them for any issues that any guest could have during his booking.
I am also managing the ratings that every guest made at the property after the stay, and dealing with enquires for bookings from travel agents.
I am looking for a new challenge and I would like to expand my experience in this field within other company where I can gain more experience
