Flat is fully furnished, freshly decorated and very clean. Contains big garden which is great for a summer! Only few minutes walk to Morden station. Bus 93 stops next to the flat which is going to the Morden station only 3min. or to Wimbledon only 10min. Walking distance to the South Morden station. Very close to the Sainsbury, Iceland, Lidl and many other shops. Bus 93 stops next to the Tram stop which is going to the Wimbledon or Croydon. You will share the flat with very nice young girl and Polish couple. Facilities: shover, washing machine, dining area, storidge space. There is a new wooden bed in the room, wooden floor, big wardrobe and some shelfs. Only two weeks deposit but one month notice if you want to move out. You will share the bills (water,elec.,gas)with other tenants. It will be calculated monthly and price depends how much we use. We are looking for nice and clean people.
