I have an apartment on the Queensbridge Road over looking Regents Canal, 1 mile from Liverpool St station. It is situated beside the Kingsland rd which has excellent transport links to the city and docklands, I usually walk to my office on London Wall. This apartment is ideal for a commuter looking to cut their mid week journey.
I moved into this newly built apartment 6 months ago and want to rent out my spare room to someone reliable on a midweek basis, occasional weekend possible. It is furnished to a very high standard, with wireless Internet and full Sky+ package. The spare room is a large double with build in wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will also have sole use of the bathroom as I have an ensuite. Room will be cleaned, fresh linen and towels supplied weekly.It has a fabulous balcony over the canal, hence no traffic noise outside, except for the passing long boats.
