Own fully furnished double room with large bay windows in newly refurbished friendly house share, for single person.The room is fully furnished with a double bed and has personal broadband internet access.
The living room has a wide screen tv, cable, dvd and video. Kitchen has microwave, washing machine, dryer and all other mod cons. Big Garden . The house has two and a half bathrooms - so no queues in the morning. We have a cleaner that comes in once a week to clean.
The area has busses within 2 mins walk (they run all night to and from the city) and 2 tube stations - one within a 8min walk(zone 3)and one within 15mins walk(zone 2).Hornsey railway station is a 10minute walk away.
There are many 24 hour restaurants and pubs in the area. There are a couple of Sainsburys(one of which is 24 hours), Icelands , Tescos, a shopping mall, two cinemas, pubs and all main brand name shops within a 10min walk.There are many large parks, one of which has 8 free tennis courts,basket ball courts ect.They also have quite a few festivals and concerts there during the summer .There are also many gyms and pools within the area as well.
The age group of your housemates will be 25 to 35 on average and we are fairly sociable when we get home in the evening and more importantly we all get on. We take it easy during the week and generally bbq on weekends during the summer.There are currently 2 boys and 2 girls in the 5 bed roomed house and we are looking for a 5th person. Is it you?
Bills are additional and are GBP15 / week and include the following - Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, Cleaner, Cleaning materials, broadband internet connection in the room, cable and the kitty(Toilet roll, hand wash for the bathrooms,dish washing liquid ect.)There would be nothing additional to pay and this amount does not change for the duration of your contract.
