This is a nice room in a flat sharing with 5 others.
3 girls & 2 guys of which 4 are british, 1 australian, each with own room. All young professionals (mid 20's) that maintain a good work/party/relax balance.
Closest tube station is canada water. There are two bus routes running past - 381/N381 (Pecham/Waterloo) and C10 (victoria/Canada water). Less than a minute's walk and you're on the river with a view of canary wharf (sometimes quite spectacular)
The flat has a recently refurbished kitchen & 2 bathrooms, a tv in each room (with freeview) + communial tv in lounge, O2 unlimited broadband (w/less router).
The room has a double bed, hanging closet with large drawers at the bottom, another large cupboard and an overhead shelf next to the tv, two windows (one nice & big and one smaller) and a carpet floor.
Bills add up to GBP34 per person, so the total for the room is GBP486 per calender month.
There's a really great vibe in the flat and the only reason I'm moving out is because I'm moving in with my girlfriend.
