We have a nice recently painted single room for non-smoker.
You will be the forth person in a spacious and sunny flat.
We have a big living room and a sunny garden.
There is TV, internet, 2 fridges, dryer, microwave.
Price is GBP320 per month (bills included) plus GBP15 per month for broadband. We are expecting one month rent in advance and one month rent as a deposit.
You need to be nice and clean.
There is an easy access to two tube station: Leyton- 7 min by bus and 15 min walk, Walthamstow Central- 8 min by bus.
