Ford escort cabriolet convertible 1991 gbp350

1991 1.6 escort cabriolet 78.000 genuine miles on the clock (i have mots dating back to 1995 to confirm this) mot until end of november tax is out the end of june. i have receipt for the brand new roof that was put on 2 years ago and also the full exhaust is under warrenty until may 2009. now the bad bits:clutch needs attention not sure wether it needs a new clutch or just the clutch cable also the locks on the doors do not work so you can not lock them (i've been told it wont cost to much to replace the locks)
the car runs well it starts every morning without fail and its not in bad condition for the year there is also a cd player not long fitted in the car.The white marks on the photos are from my camera not the car
