Full time chef
I am currently kooking for someone who can work as part of a small team and can work on there own and use there skills and knowledge to build up the food trade . You will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen i.e ordering,cleaning,menu development whilst working with the General manager .
We have a 12 bedroom hotel which is situated over a beautiful Victorian pub. During the day the customers are local business men and local drinkers at night the hotel customers usually dine with us along with the locals. There is no separate resturant from the bar all food is served in the pub area.
We have a good team of staff who communicate well with each other and all our customers which makes for a happy working enviroment.
The kitchen is open Monday to Thursday 12-3 and 6-9 .Friday,Saturday and Sunday the kitchen is only open during the daytime only.
This position would suit someone with a good knowledge of brittish cooking and who lives in the local area.
