Project manager
My client is a main contractor and big player in the construction industry. They are currently looking for a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years Project Management experience. They currently have 2 ongoing projects at the moment, both universities (Student accommodation and lecture theatres). Both projects involve New Build and Refurbishment work. The New Build project is worth GBP60million. They need a Project Manager who can take projects from inception to completion, deal with clients, organize design teams/ programs, manage the building process and regulations and apply CDM regulations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager looking for long-term career opportunities. They also offer the opportunity to candidates to do a Master's course in Project Management in one of the Universities they are refurbishing. The package they offer is also very comprehensive: GBP55,000+ private health care, pension scheme, 23 days holiday and an incentives bonus scheme.
