We are searching for an experienced member of staff within the kitchen to join a great team.
As we are about to open a third site we are looking for the following;
*Head Chef
*Sous Chef
*Pastry Chef
*Chef De Partie
*Demi Chef De Partie
*Commis Chefs
The Clerkenwell and The Chancery are looking to train up a full brigade of chefs and open its third site shortly.
Both restaurants are fine dining and offer an extremely high level of food and service overseen by former Michelin Starred Chef Andrew Thompson.
Depending on your experience you will be placed at either restaurant under the guidance of our head chefs.
Both restaurants are very demanding and as a result expect only the best.
I really do not want to waste mine, or your time, and would therefore ask you to consider the following. If you feel that the criteria below matches that of you I would strongly suggest you come to The Chancery (EC4, Chancery Lane Tube) for an interview and have the chance to further your career:
Are you?
Motivated, passionate, dynamic and eager to learn.
Do you take a pride in your work and enjoy working as a team
Good communication skills
Able to run various sections on your own.
willing to jump in where needed.
Have at least two years prior experience within fine dining restaurants.
Willing to dedicate a minimum of a year to learn and further your career

The Clerkenwell opened in 2001 and The Chancery opened in 2004 – both are established, busy and looking for a third site.
The Chancery has a team of only four in the kitchen, so the importance of you being the right person is crucial.
You would be required to work eight shifts a week and a regular week would be 5 days and 3 nights, the restaurant is only open from Monday to Friday and closed every weekend.
The Clerkenwell is larger with a team of eight within the kitchen.
The Clerkenwell operates on the same shift basis working every other Saturday night.
