Site supervisor
A leading specialist in Interior & Kitchen design and installation of commercial & residential kitchens has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their dedicated and innovative team.
The site supervisor will be responsible for overseeing 2 new projects from initial briefing to completion.
The projects will be based in the Clapham and Wandsworth, London.
You will also be responsible for liaising with 3rd parties (i.e. fitters, plumbers), Receiving goods on site, liaising with L.O.R. on delivery/ distribution – temporary holding area, arranging L.O.R. forklift, keep a stock check of fixtures and fittings required, collate a list of shortages at end of day, attending site meetings, logistics and carrying out pre-delivery checks to ensure the site is ready. The successful candidate will be supervising a team of 4 – 6 staff checking the progression of the contract and that the engineers know what they are doing. Due to the fast track nature of the work and the client working to tight deadlines the site supervisor will need to liaise and assist in the coordination, integration and installation of the project.
