Sous chef
Experienced sous chef required for a private members club in the heart of Soho. We are looking for someone with experience of a responsible position, capable in all areas of the kitchen and able to take initiative and charge in the head chefs absence. Position involves 5 - 6 shifts per week, most weekends free..........., good hours and friendly working environment, fresh, seasonal menu. Starting salary of GBP19,500.
