We have luxury double room available immediately for a clean, considerate professional (preferably male to keep the balance). The property is only 300 steps (3 min walk) away from Leytonstone station, which is in Zone 3 on the Central line, from where it is quick and easy into the city (under 30 mins to Oxford Circus). The house is very close to the A12, which connects you to the A406, M11 & M25.
All amenities are close by, including a 24-hour Tesco, Whipps Cross Hospital, Epping Forest and the high street with shops, bars & restaurants.
The property has recently being refurbished and is fitted with new carpets and furniture.
