Since entering the healthcare arena my client has successfully expanded its capability and product portfolio into a leading Turnkey, Design-Build and Project Management company for the provision of complete image and medical environments.
From initial concept through to client handover, they manage all aspects of the project including Health & Safety, planning, radiation protection, validation and documentation.
My client is currently looking for an M&E; Project Manager to work on sites throughout the South which include Brighton, Luton and Chichester. You will mainly be working on hospital refurbs with upto four sites under your management at any one time.
Skills:
A recognised qualification in Mechanical or Electrical services, eg BEng (Hons), C&G;, HNC or similar is essential. They are looking for candidates with Project Management experience in most types of Mechanical or Electrical systems. Good IT skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD, Amtech, Cymap and other software design packages would be be beneficial.
