Site supervisor

Each year the company supplies air management solutions for over half a million installations across the residential and commercial/industrial sectors in the U.K. and around the world. They are looking for a site supervisor to support allocated sites/ sub contractors by providing on site training, co-ordination and installation services. You will also Ensure the high quality installations and professional co-ordination of the companies on site activities. You will be required to develop relationships with sub contractors and customers on site teams whilst paying the highest regard to all issues concerning health and safety on site. As a site supervisor you will lease closely with the design team and national site manager on any design changes and have a good understanding of the site services process and display high levels of competence in the installation of ventilation systems. Our client would expect you to represent the company with a high degree of professionalism and good levels of customer friendly attention.
Our client is looking for a candidate who is reliable, has excellent attendance and punctuality and understands the importance of carrying out works on time and the potential knock on effect for other tradesman.They want someone with an excellent knowledge of building services and mechanical/ Electrical contracting with a sound knowledge of heating and ventilation systems. You will need to have experience in installing systems ventilation with excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
