Aussie or Kiwi wanted for single room (2 available) with great view in friendly (and very clean) 5 bedroom semi-detached house. House is located in a safe picturesque residential area with tree lined streets in a nice location near Northwick Park.
Room is recently refurbished with a double bed, pillows, duvet & covers, bed sheet, wardrobe & drawers, bedside table & a lockable door. The rest of the house has also just been recently refurbished.
There are two bathrooms (both with high pressure showers - yahoo!), two toilets, open plan large kitchen/lounge area, refrigerator, large freezer, microwave, washing machine, carpet throughout.
House has all the toys at the moment for making life in London that little bit better: Sky+ Digital TV (with over 400 hundred channels, including all the movie & sports channels), DVD, video. There is also a house computer with a wireless broadband Internet connection - or use your own laptop.
5 mins to Bakerloo Line tube, 12 mins to Metropolitan & Jubilee Line tube, Piccadilly Line tube also accessible, 5 mins to Silverlink overland station to Euston. 5 mins to buses (including night buses from central London), 5 mins to shops & park.
Beautifully kept large garden & wooden decking/BBQ area, mini golf course, complete with sand trap & water hazard. (You may laugh)!
No bills (ie) Gas, Elec, Water, Council Tax, TV Licence, Phone Rental, Sky TV, Internet - all included in rent. There is a house kitty which covers toilet paper, cleaning products, etc - about GBP4 each per mth. You also pay for your own phone calls.
No lease (just find a replacement for the room when you want to leave), 1 month's bond (GBP350). Non smoker preferred. Perfect for if you want a familiar 'home' atmosphere. Four friendly Aussie/Kiwi flatmates waiting. For an Antipodean travellers house this is about as good as it gets!
