The desired Sous chef will need sound experience in a similar caliber restaurants, be comfortable with working to high volumes (approx 100 covers per service) and have a proven track record of meeting the highest standards.
The restaurant currently boasts accolades of 2 AA rosettes and the ideal Sous Chef should have experience cooking to this level and managing a team of 8 chefs as at times you will be deputizing for the Head Chef. This position would suit a Junior Sous Chef looking for promotion.
