Sushi chef daytime work
Tanpopo Japanese Food is a sushi production unit in Staines, TW18 4UQ, 5 mins walk from the station. We make sushi for retail, caterers and hotels in London.
We have an opportunity for a chef to join our team. You will be trained in the sushi production process and then after a couple of months you will start to lead a small team, taking responsibility for various apsects of production and hygiene. You will work under the overall guidance of our head chefs.
Working hours are 08:30 --- 05:30 approx. Overtime is available.
The job will suit a candidate who is a team player, has a genuine interest in food, and has excellent organizational skills.
Salary willl be dependent on experience, but in the 16 - 19K range.
