Head chef
Senior/Head Chef Sought for busy museum Restaurant & Cafe. Looking for a foodie who can communicate, is not frightened by kitchen accounting systems, can produce event menus and daily menus, understands the concept of seasonality/british food - basically I am looking for a fantastic all rounder who is up for a challenge. The post will be 5 days out of 7 (rotational weekends) with very few evenings.
Salary Negotiable and dependant on experience/right candidate.
