The client, are looking to recruit an experienced reactive maintenance supervisors with a strong plumbing background to cover their Brent contract. Managing teams of trade & labour covering various disciplines, you will be responsible for overseeing construction works in occupied property, liaising with clients and ensuring projects are running to speed & budget. Along with a basic salary ranging from GBP30k-GBP35, a Peugeot 207 van is supplied along with 21 days holiday and a company pension. You will have a proven track record in the social housing division along with up to date references. This is a permanent position.
Maintenance experience essential
Previous experience of working for some of the main contractors within the maintenance industry is essential.
