-it's a 4-bedroom flat
-3 are available for yearly tenancy. 1 large double room (90 pw), 1 medium sized double room (80 pw) & 1 single room (80 pw). fully furnished with wardrobe, bed, table & chair & carpeted. some have mirrors
-available from 1 August 2008
-doesn't include bills. But doesn't cost more than 25 pounds per month
-complete with kitchen (oven,fridge,washing machine,kitchen utensils,cookware, plates etc)
-large living room with tv, dining table & sofa. fully carpeted but will soon but replaced with wooden flooring along with the hallway

About the current flatmate:
-3 are moving out, hence the vacancy
-the remaining one is a 22 year old female student in King's College (me) who hails from Malaysia (oriental looking *wonder if this is relevant* =)
-loves to cook, travel, shopping, read, watching movie etc
-sociable but also respect others' need for privacy & own space
-not the landlord, just a humble flatmate
About the potential flatmate:
-tidy & always clean up promptly
-not loud
-fun, sociable but not party animal. I'll be sitting for final exam soon so quietness is appreciated
-friendly & love to travel (not a prerequisite but definitely a plus point coz I am a frequent traveller myself!)
-pay bills on time
-non smoker & non junkie
-no pets
About the neighbourhood:
-flat in gated community
-entrance to the block & the floor of the flat requires electronic-ish touch key only for the tenant. So it's very safe
-parking space provided. But not sure if has to pay for it coz I don't drive. BUt if interested can be arranged
-very friendly place, flat faces children's plaground so it feels homey
-only 5 mins away from Elephant & Castle tube stn
-only 2 mins away from nearest bus stop
-centrally located & direct buses to Waterloo (7 mins), London Bridge (4 mins), Victoria (20 mins), King's Cross, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Holborn
So ideal for students/professionals who have to commute to central London every day
-2 mins away from McDonald
-within walking distance to Somerfield, Iceland, Mark & Spencer, Fitness First, Elephant & Castle shopping centre, Natwest, Nationwide, Barclays, kebab shops, Chinese takeaway shops, laundrette, East St market, pound shop, halal butcher (for muslims) etc, local library & museum
-police station nearby in case of emergency
