I am moving to a different house and cannot afford to spend this ammount of time paying 2 sets of rent. Shared house with 2 other ex public school
24 yr old city professionals.

Double room on top floor/ loft. LOADS of storage (3 built in cupboards plus storage in the attic/ eaves of house) Furnished. Big window with nice view.
The House:
Modern build with very spacious living room/ reception area leading into shared gated parking. Kitchen with washing machine/ dishwasher/ gas cooker hob/ microwave/ fridge freezer. Downstairs toliet adjacent.
1st floor balcony (BBQ is set up here at the moment), 2 bedrooms with ensuite. Upstars is the room available.
This is on a very casual basis and the 2 other guys are very laid back and have great banter. Call me asap.
