I am looking for a friendly, neat and outgoing person to rent one of the rooms in my house. Preferably a girl! (But boys are welcome too...)
A nice room in a big 4-bedroom detached house just off Leytonstone High Road. The house is 2 mins walk from Leytonstone tube station and there's a 24-hour Tesco, 24-hour McDonalds, KFC, Primark, Matalan and some nice pubs just round the corner!
The room is fully furnished and the house has a washing machine, microwave as well as wireless broadband and a garden for all your barbequing needs. We are 4 people altogether, which makes it nice and quiet as well.
Rent is paid monthly and amounts to GBP368 per month - all bills (water, electricity, gas and council tax) are included. GBP250 deposit required. The room will be available from the 11th of June 08.
