Based near Moorgate, Old Street and Barbican tube stations and set in brand new offices this rapidly expanding London practice are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Architect to join their team. We have been working closely with this practice for the past couple of years, and in this time they have grown from a team of 8 to 16 people, and they are now looking to expand the office to a team of 25 people.
This practice is able to offer something quite different in the market. They have their workload secure for the next few years and it is because of this that they are in a position to expand. This office is exceptional at developing their team - they very much pride themselves in their ability to provide their staff with the ability to progress in their careers and help to grow the practice. They have created a niche market for themselves as they are working in the technology sector, however they are very keen to expand in other areas and they will allow their staff to develop work in areas that interest them. They are currently looking for a qualified Project Architect to join the office to deliver projects that are worth about GBP30m in value. This role will involve all stages of project delivery, from inception through to completion and for the right person it will also involve leading and developing a team.
SKILLS:
· Qualified Architect - RIBA or ARB – Part II or III
· Experience of delivering projects from inception to completion
· Good sense of humour
· Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
