The opportunity has arisen within an award winning international practice in the city centre, to work on international projects utilizing your specialist proven urban design skills, to masterplan the signature buildings of tomorrow.
Given the practices steady growth in Europe, Russia, India and the Middle East over the last decade, my client is now looking for a talented lead Architectural Designer. Working under the guidance of a Director, these positions will lead design efforts within commercial practice groups for Retail and Mixed-Use projects and evolve designs with minimal supervision. Working on signature international master-plans you will be designing landmark buildings for the future. Your role will involved independently evaluating, selecting and applying standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria, as well as written reports and contributing ideas to team projects.
* Be able to communicate design solutions using a variety of methods is essential. (sketches, hand drawings, computer modelling and CAD drawings)
* Professional registration or equivalent is preferred.
* Knowledge of graphic progams would be an advantage.
* A proven track record in your field.
* Preferably experience within the mixed use or retail sectors
