** Was privileged to prepare dishes for top Kenya government officials including the presidential delegation that was visiting the Kenya Coast.

** Participated in preparation of several new dishes for the hotel’s new restaurant (Jungle Restaurant) eg ‘Marika ya ngwena’, pumpkin soup, ‘Mukate wa sinia’ with cinnamon sauce.
