Urgent requirement for Technically minded candidates to work a large scale mixed use development in Newbury city center. This role will utilize strong technical ability, experience ideally in the commercial or retail sector however this is not essential and AutoCAD proficiency. With beautiful tranquil surrounds having a car would be essential for this office however a car park with free parking is provided.
Technical biased and the ability to apply the UK building Regulations.
Technically biased
Strong proficiency with AutoCAD
Prior architectural experience ideally in the Commercial or Retail field
Good communication skills
Good understanding of the UK building regulations
Ideally be available to Interview and start work ASAP.
Applicants will also need to have the legal right to work in the UK.
